| I was administrator of an estate that had to sell a house in Crestline. My only problem was I lived 400 miles away, and the house was abandoned and totally trashed. After interviewing five brokers, I hired Voni Saxbury. She took care of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING: taking advantage of her many excellent relationships with local merchants, she got the house cleaned up, fixed up, spruced up, shined up, spiffed up, and sold. (Oh, and by the way, there was a small fire in the neighborhood while all this was going on.) She kept me fully apprised of everything I needed to know, and didn't bother me with anything I didn't need to know. And for all this, she charged me exactly nothing, besides the standard commission. And this was for a small deal. She made me feel like I was her most important client. She was everything I could have hoped for, and then some.
